Casa de los Torotes is named after the torote tree (otherwise known as the Elephant tree) which grows in Baja. We have a couple of lovely torotes on the property.

Casa de los Torotes is named after the torote tree (otherwise known as the Elephant tree) which grows in Baja. We have a couple of lovely torotes on the property.
Our family lives in Southern California and uses the casa as a refreshing retreat from our day to day lives in Orange County. We built the house so that a number of families could sprawl throughout the house, with room for privacy as well as rooms and spaces for gathering together.We love the place, and invite responsible families or groups to share the space with us.
