Cancellation Policy
| Deposit, less $500,will be refunded should you cancel anytime up to 60 days prior to your reservation period. There will be no refunds for cancellations after 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. |

The rates above correspond to what is considered prime time in relationship to the weather.
Consistently strong, onshore winds are possible from December through March. Moderate temperatures and great weather typically from mid- March through June. July through mid - October expect hot weather and the best fishing. Hurricane season is usually August through mid-October. Mid-October through mid-December weather is generally sunny and warm.
