Casa Torotes is a spacious home of approximately 5.000 square feet.
The house has a sleeping wing, and a living wing. The living wing consists of two separate living rooms, a kitchen, breakfast nook and dining room. The house flows easily both to the ocean side as well as a secluded interior courtyard.
The bedroom configurations are as follows.
- One master suite: King Bed, large shower and bathroom with 2 sinks
- Guest Suite One (Sunshine Room): Large shower with 2 sinks, 2 queen beds, two twins (trundle beds)
- Guest Suite Two: Large shower with 2 sinks, 2 queen beds, two twins (trundle beds), one single bed
- Guest Bedroom: 4 twins/ single
- Outdoor options: 4 cushions, two hammocks
